Pearl Daisies

Oh wow today has been busy! I spent all day emailing other blogs looking for a little publicity (I'm needy) and by the afternoon I needed some down-time. I decided to get a little creative and ended up with these little beauties... after about the fifth attempt.

Those first four were u.g.l.y. - heaps of mangled wire and pearls. I might post pictures of those later if my self-esteem is high enough :)

Husband and I were driving home from IKEA today (not the best place for our marriage) when he decided to stop and get his hair cut. Luckily for me, we stopped right by a bead store.

While waiting, I picked up the materials to make these.

And I am so glad I did! They are fabulous.

Chunky Monkey

This necklace is absolute perfection. HUGE beads of turquoise (20mm in size!) are handknotted on matching silk thread for a little luxe and a lot of flexibility.

It really is such a gorgeous necklace - and it's a steal too!

Jade & Opalite

Opalite is an earthy stone that is absolutely gorgeous! I paired it with a lovely yellow jade flower and it sold in 8 minutes. New record.

So I made another one. So pretty!

New Favorite

I know, I know. Every time I make a necklace it becomes my new favorite.

The beads on this necklace are so gorgeous and sparkly, and are each hand knotted on chocolate silk thread.
